XA has a 6-inch full HD display and a metal unibody design,where its 16 MP front camera with optical image stabilizer and smart selfie flash.Rear camera is 21.5 MP that comes with auto-focus and quick launch feature.Front and rear camera come with EXMOR-RS sensor for better low-light pictures.XA Ultra runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

The device is powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6755 Helio processor, clocked at 2 Ghz, coupled with 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory which can be expandable up to 200gb using an SD card.
